How do I become part of the Fesch’family?
The basic requirement is, of course, that you have a stylish label or products that you believe will fit in well with the Fesch’markt! If you would like to know more about our selection criteria, you can read it again under “What are the selection criteria for exhibitors?” Then it’s time to keep your eyes and ears open for our application phase. The best thing to do is to simply register for our newsletter, where you will always find the latest information on our deadlines and dates. We also communicate our appointments via social media, just follow us on Instagram or Facebook. The application phases usually take place around three months before the start of the season – in this time window there are application forms for the respective markets on our website. But watch out: we only accept applications via our website! A separate form must be completed for each market. At the end of the application phase, all applications are read carefully and decisions are made for the respective markets. If you are accepted, you will receive a prompt confirmation of the respective markets from us. Since we receive more submissions than we have stands, we cannot guarantee a confirmation in advance.

What are the selection criteria for the Fesch’markt?
When selecting the exhibitors, we pay particular attention to innovative, new concepts, regional and sustainable production, the quality of your product and fair and social working conditions.
What does it mean if I’m on the waiting list?
As soon as the official application phase is over, you can apply for a place on our waiting list via our online application system. This means that you have the opportunity to move up if one of the exhibitors should cancel and a stand space should become free. There is no order on our waiting list, we are guided by the exhibitors who are already on the market and will decide on an exhibitor depending on demand. You will only receive commitments from us via our system. Experience has shown that this can happen very shortly before the market.
Can I apply for several markets at the same time?
Yes, the first-time exhibitor discount only applies to the first market though.
Where can I find the upcoming Fesch’markt dates?
You can find the dates for the coming season here.
At what times is the Fesch’markt open?
Usually our opening hours are always the same. On Friday we open at 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday our doors are open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
My stand – what do I have to pay attention to?
You can run free as creatively as you want at your stand as long as you move within your stand marking. There is the possibility to have a table made available by us – otherwise you bring everything you need yourself. In addition to the stand fee, we charge 48 euros for the table. The stands are illuminated from above, but the light intensity can vary in different places. If you have a stand construction that is higher than 2 meters, this must be registered by email.
Is it possible for me to share my stand with someone?
No, unfortunately that is not possible. Anyone who sells more than one label on their stand is considered a dealer and + 100% is charged on the booked package. Do you have a favorite neighbor? When you register, please tell us who you would like to stand next to – we will try to take your request into account.
Why do I pay stand fee?
In order that the Fesch’markt can really stay that fesch, we need your contribution to pay hall rent, personnel costs, electricity and a lot more.
Can I leave my stand and products there overnight?
Yes, the locations are guarded overnight – so your stand and your products are safe. Nevertheless, we advise you to take cash and important valuables with you during the night.
Do you have further questions?
Feel free to contact us at email@example.com
What’s the best way to find out everything about dates, the start of the season and other information?
The best thing to do is to simply register for our newsletter. Through our “Fesch’mail” we send out the most important and current dates and information once a month! You can register for the newsletter here.
How do I get fesch tickets?
The easiest way to buy our tickets is from our box office on site. You also have the option of purchasing our tickets and various group discounts online in advance.
Can I bring my dog with me?
Unfortunately, no. Some of our locations are food producing companies in which animals are not allowed. The four-legged friends therefore unfortunately have to stay at home — even the fesch ones!
How can I pay the exhibitors?
Most exhibitors also offer card payments in addition to cash payments. However, if you want to be on the safe side, we would recommend that you come with enough cash anyway.
Is there something to eat or drink at the Fesch’markt?
Of course! The best young restaurateurs are waiting for you with their food trucks at our street food party, there is a plentiful selection of fesch delicacies and at our fesch’bar you can quench your thirst with the latest urban drinks.
Why does the Fesch’markt cost entry?
In order that the Fesch’markt can really stay that fesch, we need your contribution to pay hall rent, personnel costs, electricity and a lot more and at the same time keep the stand fees for young creative people and up-and-coming talents at a moderate level. For your admission you also have the opportunity to explore our free framework program such as the open air cinema in summer.
I want to become an exhibitor!
Whoop, nice that you want to become part of the Fesch’family! You can easily get all information about our application phases etc. via our newsletter. You can register here.
What is the Wundertüte (lucky bag)?
Our fesch goodie bag is available exclusively and in limited quantities at our markets. These bags are cotton tote and gym bags which are printed with a new, fesch slogan every season. In it you will find a special mix of products from various categories. The lucky bags are filled differently, but their value remains the same! So if you want to be surprised by super fesch goodies, the best thing to do is to get a Wundertüte at the market!
How does the tombola work?
If you want to try your luck at the tombola you can buy a ticket for 5 euros at our tombola stand. You can win a lot of high-quality prices, since a lot of our exhibitors contributed to the tombola with their fesch products. In order to trade in your ticket for a price, you have to hand in your ticket at our tombola stand. Good luck!
Queue, why am I waiting longer?
The queues are usually faster than expected! With a little patience you can get to our cash desk faster than expected. Visitors with small children are preferred and anyone who wants to go to the Fesch’markt as soon as possible has the option of buying the ticket online. This is a fast lane ticket!
